1. Power points: 3 power points in living room, 2 power points in each bedroom, 3 power points in kitchen. All wiring is 3 core with safety cut unit. Additional electronic wire for air-condition can provide upon your request 3,000 Baht per point.

4. Fence all around the house with one gate and two lights on the front.

5. One door bell.

6. Four meter wide concrete driveway to the house.

7. One meter wide cement walkway around the house (for sandwash finish or tiling add 500 Baht per Sq.m.)

8. Extra cement walkway add 500 Baht per Sq.m.

9. Car port standard for Patrizia and Almanda (for additional car port for Emerald and Nadia approximately 10,000 Thb per Sq.m. includes roof and cement floor.

10. No guttering as standard, fitting is available for 500 Thb per meter of guttering and piping.
